Thiss is a clear case of returning of favours done. The ex CBI director being appointed a governor..This what the congress did for the past six decades.Soon we will find a nice and a coveted post for the deputy CAG who accused M.M.Joshi of interefering with the CAG and who dissebted with the CAG.when congress does anything its noble and when others doits a crime or sin.
