Suryanelli Rape: 111 Booked for Anti-Kurien Posts on FB
Kerala Police have registered a case under the IT Act against 111 people who posted and shared allegedly defamatory comments on Facebook against Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman P J Kurien in the Suryanelli gangrape case.

The case under Section 66 A of the IT Act had been registered based on a complaint by Mahila Congress chief Bindu Krishna. She alleged that abusive comments along with her picture had been posted on the social media for backing  Kurien in the Suryanelli gangrape case. The investigation was on, a cyber cell official of the Kerala Police said here.

Earlier, according to sources, police questioned several Facebook users on sharing allegedly defamatory comment against Kurien.

Krishna said she had submitted the complaint to Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, who forwarded it to the Cyber cell for investigation.

Krishna said she was only stating the party stand on Kurien issue, but the comments that appeared in the social media were "highly defamatory" with a view to "tarnishing" her image as a woman.

"As per the information available so far, the comments were posted from a fake ID and police were trying to trace their origin. Police are in contact with Facebook authorities," Krishna told PTI here.

The comments were noticed on February 4 and by then itself more 140 people were found to have shared them, she said.

Kurien was named by the Suryanelli victim as one of those who had sexually assaulted her in 1996. The Supreme Court had exonerated the Congress leader of the charges.

The victim recently wrote to her advocate seeking to explore the possibility of filing a review plea in the Supreme Court for a fresh probe against Kurien, triggering calls for his resignation.

Kurien has maintained that he had been cleared of the charges by the apex court.

@ Shree, post no 14: The statement you attribute to Bonita belongs to Male Unblocked. Bonita was merely quoting him to rebut his argument.

>> " as no female, includeing his wife, entertains him "

Under no circumstances this guy can have a wife... I believe some woman caused him great pain (either by castration or other means...) and since then this chap has lost his senses !!

Bonita, refer to your statement. ' WHAT THE MINISTER WAS SAYING WAS THAT THIS WAS A CHILD PROSTITUTE". the age of child is upto five years only. Will anyone in such an age indulge in  prostitution? Did forty persons exercise their sexual faculties over the child of such a tender age. If that be so, they are not men but animals releasing "animal energies".Who was soliciting for the child? was the child so seductive?

Bonita,

We generally, as a rule, leave Male Unhinged alone.

The poor guy is s** deprived as no female, includeing his wife, entertains him as he has this habit of shouting 'wake up males, speak up" in bed!! Only the male refuses to do both.

So he gets little Os only through writing drivel on this forum. Ignore the poor chap!
