A scuffle broke out between VHP cadres and Kashmiri youths here over the
hanging of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru.
The incident took place this afternoon when members of VHP and Bajrang Dal
gathered at Jantar Mantar and began distributing sweets to celebrate Guru's
hanging.
A few minutes later, a group of Kashmiri students came to protest against the
hanging and a minor scuffle took place between them.
The situation was brought under control by policemen.
