A married woman has been allegedly gangraped by four persons at Kiri Afgana village, police said.

The 24-year-old woman was raped by four persons when she went to see her husband, a labourer, on the intervening night of January 26- 27. The victim was taken to the nearby fields by the four accused, who raped her and they threatened to kill her if she raised an alarm, victim's mother said in her complaint to the police on January 28.

The police has registered a case of rape against Mandeep Masih, Tarlab Singh, Harpreet Singh and Jassi on the complaint of the victim's mother.

However, no arrest has been made in this connection, police said.

Rajasthan

A minor girl was allegedly gang-raped and pushed into a well by two youth in Rajasthan's Dausa district.

The duo, who were in an inebriated state, barged into the house of the 16-year-old victim last night and raped her, SHO, Nangal Rajawatan police station, Laxmikant Sharma said.

Later, when the victim raised an alarm, the accused threw her into a well near the house.

After she was rescued from the well, the victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors referred her to Sawai Man Singh government hospital here for further treatment, Sharma said.

The accused, identified as Udai Meena and Anand Rajput, both aged around 25 years, have been detained and the matter is being probed, the SHO added.

Delhi

A 17-year-old housemaid was allegedly drugged and gang-raped by two drunken men at their rented accommodation in Jamia Nagar when she had gone there to meet her friend, police said.

The girl, who works as a maid, went to the house to meet her friend, who is also a maid, on her invitation but was trapped, police said.

In her complaint to the police, the girl alleged that her friend asked her to join her in a party where two of her male friends would also be present.

Once she went to her friend's place, they gave her tea which was allegedly laced with sedatives. She became unconscious after drinking the tea, police said.

The girl also alleged that she was taken to another room by the two men and there she was raped. She approached the police later and the woman who lured her has been detained.

Gujarat

Two accused have been arrested for raping a 13-year-old minor girl here last evening, police officials said.

The police said that the incident took place last evening and a complaint in this regard was registered today.

Sajan Mir (19) and his accomplice, Jignesh Chaudhary (26), both residents of Ambedkarnagar in Rander had physically abused the 13-year-old girl, a Rander police official said.

The police said the incident took place after the 13-year-old minor girl, also a resident of Ambedkarnagar, was seen talking to Sajan Mir outside her tuition class.

When the girl's father saw them talking, both of them ran ran away due to fear, police said.

Mir called up his friend Jignesh Chaudhary and the trio fled to a slum behind Ambedkarnagar, where Mir first raped her, the police said.

Chaudhary then asked Mir to go home and then he physically abused the minor girl throughout the night, the police said.

Meanwhile, the minor girl's parents had begun searching for her, the police said.

Later, she came home this morning and narrated the entire incident following which a rape complaint was registered.
