Two persons were arrested on the charges of allegedly luring two families to
convert into Christianity in Raigarh district of Chhattisgarh, police said
today.
Additional SP of Raigarh district Prafulla Thakur said that the two accused were
arrested following a tip off that they had got two Hindu families converted into
Christianity after luring them.
Rajesh Yadav(45) and Raju Devangan(25), the residents of Janjgir Champa area
were arrested in this connection, he said.
The local unit of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha,(youth wing of BJP) protested
against the alleged conversion.
Police have registered an offence against both the accused in the case.
