Hate Speech Charges Against Owaisi Baseless: MIM

Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) today said the allegations of hate speech levelled against party MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi were "baseless" and the matter would be decided in the courts.

The entire episode is a conspiracy hatched against the Hyderabad-based party by Andhra Pradesh's Congress Government in connivance with BJP, said Asaduddin Owaisi, the MIM President and brother of the jailed legislator.

"Akbaruddin Owaisi, by coming back (from London), has clearly shown he wants justice to be done to himself. This is a baseless allegation made against him. The Government, in connivance with BJP, has conspired against MIM party. The courts will decide whether he was right or wrong," he told reporters here.

Akbaruddin was yesterday sent to 14 days judicial remand in Adilabad district, a day after he was arrested on sedition, criminal conspiracy and other charges for making a "hate speech" last month.

Asaduddin, Lok Sabha member from Hyderabad, and party supporters today offered prayers for the 42-year-old MLA from Chandrayangutta here.

MIM, which has a strong political base in Hyderabad's Old City areas, had been a Congress ally. However, MIM late last year withdrew support to the Congress both at the Centre and state, but both parties continue to share power in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC).

I agree with Senior Asaudin Owasi. After all how can you call an harmless call that remove police for 15 minutes and 25 crore Muslims will ---- 100 crores Hindus ? ?

First Akbaruddin should be given a nice, physical, body reception and treatment during the police custody with the warning that he better not repeat what he did, ever again. Of course he and the MIM will be quietly told to stick with their usual Muslim welfare schemes to avoid any further grief.

If Akbaruddin is totally stupid enough to persist still, then he will be doing one of those disappearing acts which the police are fully capable of or, which a nice "supari" on his head can bring about. This time however there will be no major hostile reaction but rather the relief of good riddance of a serious mischief maker up to no good. Of course the police will be commended for once using their “encounter" scheme for a good purpose.

Now, if the rest of his MIM family still doesn't learn or know better, and persists with its born again Jinnahgiri at the behest of LeT and ISI from across the border, then they will be sent some preserved reminders of what used to be Akbaruddin at periodic intervals, to let them know what will happen to their own body parts in future.

Now you see, this is all barbaric but it seems to have the desired effect in countries like Pakistan and even China where they are very effectively applied, whenever the question of national sovereignty or threats to the common good are voiced. It is time the Indians learnt very clearly what works and works very well on people who will oblige only with such treatment.
