An AITUC-affiliated organisation today demanded a CBI probe into the death of a minor girl inside the residential premises of BJP president Nitin Gadkari here in 2009.
AITUC leader and CPI Nagpur district president Jammu Anand, who held a press conference on behalf of Domestic Workers
Organisation, also demanded that Gadkari, the then Police Commissioner Pravin Kumar Dixit and investigating officer R M Katole be made accused in the case.

The initial autopsy report attributed the death to "smothering", and added that it could be homicidal or accidental.
The organisation demanded that Dixit, who submitted this report, also be made a co-accused for suppressing the facts.
Anand said while state CID had filed 'C summary report with magistrate's court for closure of the case, the court had asked victims' family to file its rejoinder. However,
Gadkari, who was facing heat on account of corruption allegations, prematurely declared yesterday that he had got clean chit in the case.
The organisation would meet Maharashtra Chief Minister to demand a probe by CBI, he said.
Anand also mentioned that Gadkari's driver Manohar Panse had been made director of seven companies owned by Gadkari's group on July 24, 2009.
