Is the former Union Law Minister speaking as the future PRIME MINISTER or as the SECURITY GUARD OF FUTURE PRIME MINISTER NARENDRA DAS MODI?  How could a man who had above average reputation hitherto could stoop so low as to seek favour from and show eagerness to eat the crumbs falling from Modi's DINING TABLE?

Hope the Apex Court has heard the hidden warning  and got intimidated to act as advised by the former Law Minister and the FUTURE prime minister.!   Is judge Jyotsna Yagnic at hearing distance and shivering?

When hordes of GHOSTS  risen from the 2002 graves are fast catching up and tightening the NOOSE day by day, Modi , like a drowning man, desperately needs to catch the straw of  WAR CRIES  to  INTIMDATE  even the Judiciary.  It may not work this time as in the past.. Old order of devils like B U Joshis is replaced by the era of angels  lke JYOTSANA YAGNICS in Gujarat..    Jai Gujarat and JAI HIND.!!                                     

Apparently CBI's years of investigations produced the following results in the past:

"You (CBI) told us on these complaints no action has been taken (by the state government). No action can be taken on these letters. The complaints appear to be absolute trash" the bench, which perused 200 such complaints made available to it by CBI against Shah, said"

"You (CBI) are supposed to be our finest investigators. Now you have to respond to all these lapses and ineffeciencies", the bench said... "

Jaitley,why are u getting worked up about a few Cops getting indicted in Fake encounters.Relax.

Now if this was a real ecounter then these guys will defend themselves with proof if not they will be punished.They should be.

They cannot implicate any Minister in Modi Cabinet for getting these fake encounters done.Court isnt naive to take this defence.

Misuse of CBI is happenning.No doubt.But thats different.These jerks(CBI) just cant fix anybody without evidence.The Cops have Mukul Rastogi to defend them.

The blatant misuse of the CBI by the congress and not the UPA can clearly be seen in the case of Jagan Reddy of Andhra Pradesh.If he was to be in the Congress till date then we would not have seen him in jail but probably as a CM of Andhra if his clout was not to be challenged by the Gandhi family.In his case the Congress proved that it will never tolerate dissent or any one challenging the authority of the Gandhi family.Jagan's ill gotten wealth would never have seen the light of the day if he was to be congress member even today.Its a  classic example of the congress miusing the CBI.

Whats wrong then in Arun jaitley issuing a statement warning the CBI for being biased and partisan and dancing to the tunes of the congress and not the UPA.

How shame that the congress while talking of establishing good relations with Pakistan and improving ties with it like the liberalising the visas never took up with Pakistan the extradition of that notorious Dawood Ibrahim.Its obvious that he being a role model of its minority vote bank even when the intelligence agencies often established that its Dawood who is masterminding the destabilisatopon of the country ,funding the terrorism,trafficking drugs,arming the insurgents,sending fake Indian currencies,controlling Bollywood  etc etc.When the congress is benefitting immensely from him why would they upset this applecart.The hurry with which the congress wants to yield to Pakistan clearly shows that they want to protect Dawood and his interests in India even if it is at the cost of the people suffering from his antics and his mocking at our national seculrity.

Now its very clear why the congress is shying away from hanging Ajmakl Kasab.It will not a surprise why Pakistan is talking about the release of Sarabjit.We may even see a swiching or exchanging prsisnor with kasab to Sarabjit as the congress is afraid of hanging Kasab fearing a backlash from its own minority vote bank and will not wish it be branded  and remembered as the people who hanged a Muslim in a non Muslim country.
