Upset MLA Tears Document in J&K Assembly
Dissatisfied over a minister's reply, Independent MLA Engineer Sheikh Abdul Rahseed today tore a document containing the replies in the J-K Assembly and staged a walkout.

Replying to Rashid's question, Minister for Health and Family Welfare Sham Lal Sharma said that 26 health institutions have been upgraded since March 2009 till date in the state and eight new health institutions have also been established during the said period.

Unhappy with the response to his query on "failure" to grant such project to his constituency, Rashid entered into a verbal duel with other MLAs even as Deputy Speaker Sartaj Madni asked him to take his seat.

An unset Rahid then tore the answer sheets and staged a walkout alleging "loot by the ministers".

Earlier giving details, the minister said 10 health institutions have been upgraded in Jammu while as Primary Health Centres (PHCs) Amarnath Yatri Bhawan, Bhagwati Nagar and Jammu Airport have been regularised during the said period.

He said in Kashmir division 16 health institutions of various districts have been upgraded and six new health institutions established during the said period.
