Opposition Congress in Himachal Pradesh would stage demonstrations at all district headquarters on March 19 to press for resignation of Health Minister Rajiv Bindal and a CBI inquiry into the charge of corruption levelled against him by the party.
HPCC general secretary Kuldeep Rathore said senior party leaders would address rallies at district headquarters while Leader of the opposition in state assembly Vidya Stokes and HPCC president Kaul singh Thakur would address the rally here.
Chief Minister P K Dhumal would present the budget for 2012-13 in the assembly on March 19 and Congress was yet to decide its course of action as the week-long stalemate was yet to be resolved.
Congress had agitated on the issue of alleged corruption against Bindal, who has denied the charge, inside the state assembly for five consecutive days recently.
Union Minister V.B.Singh would address a rally at Jwali in Kangra district on March 25 to launch the 'Parivartan Rally', senior party leader and former minister Chander Kumar said.
