Nice to hear something positive from the Defense Minister. It’s high time these politicos stop revering the army men, censure them and prosecute the rapists and other criminals in army.

However, all these assurances are futile unless AFSPA is scrapped. Removal of AFSPA is critical in taming the defense personnels.
