Dear Sir,

Whether you like it or not - the fact is that the public at large are easy prey for our predatory policemen and bureaucracy!

We still have vague ancient laws framed by the British raj - which are conveniently used to keep the public toeing the line - or else - you know what!

A poor man has lost his life owing to the callousness, arrogance and apathy of these policemen, Perhaps they didn't realise they had gone too far this time.

I wonder when we will see a compassionate and cooperative police force and bureaucracy. They are currently only serving and looking after themselves!
