Kudos to this constable. I would also like to fling all my shoes, the sharp pointy ones with stiletto heels in particular, at ACP Naresh Meghrajani. Why is the constable being disciplined instead of the ACP? He is the criminal here, not she. Another case of blaming the victim. We Indians are so good at this.
