< The correspondent told SIT he did not have the CD with him but recollected what Modi had said to him.>

In other words this payee of CongreeCrooks Ltd wants to get away with his concoction. And VotebankKukads and their allied Sickos want to build bogus theories on it.

Whoa.....no proof again from the alleging journos. Just go by their words and "recollection" of interview a decade ago.

TOI's article is a very good example - first they threw mud saying he said action and reaction and he was a man of physics, then they retracted the article.

Media has no accountability in India.

"specific allegation made by Zakia Jaffery, the widow of former MP Ehsaan Jaffrey, that Modi made objectionable statements in an interview to a private television channel and a newspaper invoking Newton's law of 'action and reaction'.

Did Zakia herself watch the interview on TV ? If not, did she make the allegation based on hearsay? Interview to newspaper appears bogus and the TV reporter does not have the CD. This is what happens when you have T.S'vad as a consultant.

Firstly, there is no proof of the action-reaction statement. The journo says he does not have the recording, but remembers what Modi said.

Secondly, if Modi said it, why is it different from what Bharat Ratna Rajiv Gandhi said? So is the free media and the secular congress party endorsing what the Bharat Ratna said?

A man approached the supreme court to file a civil case against TS alleging that she set fire to Sabarmathi express. The SC said, "even if TS has set fire to the train, you can't file a civil case, that too in SC. You approach the appropriate criminal court".

Breaking News: SC says TS has set fire to the train.

It is not any different. I do not have to choose between Rajiv Gandhi or Narendra Modi. Both have done harm to this country. It is not Congress which has taken up the case of victims. It is concerned citizens. It pains to see so much hate speach against a gem of a human being like Teesta Setalvad. You should know that she has been exonorated of all the wild charges laid against her. Clearly it is because she is not fading away but tenaciously raising uncomfortable questions that the trolls are after her.

@ Saroja - It IS different as India goes every day - the reason why Congress flies in the face of the country as a "secular" party.{ Whatever Bangalore } is alluding to a very important thing here. The man in question - Rajiv Gandhi, not only got away with the justification of the killings of Sikhs, but went on to rule India as PM, got a Bharat Ratna - the highest honor of the land. There are landmarks, schemes after him and the ruling government today owes its existence to his wife who came to power only because of her relation to Rajiv.

Before any word can be said about Modi for his "alleged" justification of violence as action and reaction, we as well-meaning, rational, secular minded Indians should get Rajiv Gandhi's Bharat Ratna revoked, impeached posthumously for having made that statement against Sikhs, get rid of his name on landmarks, schemes and monuments, and finally discredit the Congress party along with the false history that his party and family have pedalled all these years. Those who do not demand the above, simply do not have the right to target Modi selectively.

Finally, regarding Modi, if you have solid proof that he said something to justify action and reaction (mind you there is none except for the word of a journalist), approach the court to see if pigs can fly as evidence, and if the courts say that he said something wrong, he will abide by the law of the land.

I second that one hundred percent. The day we get to do that, we would have learnt to face truth however unpalatable.

How come we do not hear any sikh voice in this forum.?

Because the Sikhs have not allowed their present and future to be captives of the past. By and large, they have let the law take its course (however sham it may be) instead of cribbing or 'propagandizing' round-the-clock. In Delhi, they do not hesitate to vote for Congress if they feel that it offers better governance. Nor do they leverage their minority status for freebies in northern India.

One must salute the minorities like Sikhs and Parsis whose contribution to the country is far bigger than their population share.

A violent crowd attacking your house is not the action. Your trying to protect yourself and your family by firing at the crowd is the action! Modi could not have bought himself a better defence lawyer than Raghavan!

Never miss a chance to say something bad about Muslims! Have you visited Sikh websites? Do you know that Sikhs in the U.S. sought an arrest warrant against an Indian minister last year. Do you know that 329 people were killed in 1985 when an Air India flight was blown up over the Atlantic. Do you know that 28 years have passed since 1984 compared to 10 years since 2002. Don't you think that in order to be a hate pracharak one needs to be more knowledgeable than you are?

The same teesta who said that 52 pigrims roasted alive in godhra were asking for it as they were coming back from ayodhya !

For the closet jihadis it never  pains that 52 innocents were burned alive by islamic thugs but any criticism of the master of forged affidavits, teesta pains them a lot.

I have always been against the 'let's lynch Modi, never mind the facts' mob, but here, I feel that Ehsan Jafri probably could not flee, and had to fire in self defense as a last resort. To describe this in terms of action-reaction is insensitive.
