Another habit is to assume that the central  Congress government will last till the end of Kaliyug. Now even chief Ministers are thinking on same line. But both are wrong. central govt. represent the people of India as much as the state govts. and Congress will not occupy the seat of Dehli forever. Terrorists are real threat and we need a central powerful agency. that is bottomline and any suggestion to improve it should be welcome. But to attack the central government for bringing this bill is stupidity or result of Hyper egos. The Jaya, Mamata and Modi obviously have big egos. Mamata and Jaya had made Life of Atalji a hell during his first term. They are doing same for Manmohan. Luckily for him Maya is not around. Imagine if 33% of MPs were women of Mamata, Maya, Jaya type then No human will come forward to become Prime Minister.
