As I have said several times the Congress Party organised the biggest massacre in the history of Independent India when H KL Bghagat, Sajjan Kumar, Jagdish Tytler, and Arjun Das among others led scores of congress goons armed with petrol cans and electoral rolls to drag Sikhs out of their houses and killed them. On that day itself the Congress party forfeited the right to be called a political party and it is time that the so called secular media that includes lobbyists, arms tradrers and fashion wannbes, has been complicit in resigning this atrocity to the River of Lethe. Fortunatly memory of this crime has been kept alive and I am happy that Sajjan Kumar is being charges. Remember that many of the leaders of the killing squads have been given ministerial posts by the Congress. Hon'ble Narendar Modi has gone through the process of Supreme Court monitored investigation and a series of High Court judgements have shown that he was not personally responsible for the post Godhra riots. 

just because rajive gandhi dead, he is absolved of all the crimes?

and yes it is a sacrifice, i think it has to do more with gujarat riots, that only after 10 years, court gave verdicts and congress is compelled to sacrifice a goat.

but they are forgetting, until and unless family is sacrificed, they cannot get away with the crimes they committed.

Congress was waiting to sacrifice this pawn on the occassion of 50th anniversary of Sikh riots, but circumstances have forced its hand to give up one more firewall protecting THE FAMILY.

 Would Sajan Kumar have ordered the massacre without the blessings of the higher ups,this is just the tip of the Ice berg,or it could have been an unforced error in submitting to the court about Sajjans involvement which could  boomrang on the congress govt .
