freaking politicians must make one policy for kidnapping, no compromise at all.

we may have initial sacrifices but when these terrorists know that government is serious, they won't touch anyone else.

If the kidnapped MLA is killed while the apex court is hearing Major General Gangurdep Bakshi's appeal, will the apex court take responsibility for his death?

While the job of the government is extremely difficult when making these choices, the Supreme Court should not intervene in such circumstances.  It is like someone going to the Supreme Court to dispute the technique of a brain operation after the surgeons have already opened the patient's head.

The government may make the right decision or the wrong decision, but let them make the decision.

What about taking on Naxalites symathizers such as Barkha Dutt. They are the real enemies of Indian people. Their job is to find justifications for the murderous acts of the Jihadis and Naxalites.

This petitioner bypassed district court, high court and directly moved to the Supreme court. And Supreme court acting with lightning speed held the hearing in 1/2 week. Amazing!! World record.

If the courts move at fraction of this speed then Dalits and the tribals won't have any grievance and naxalism will die natural death.
