If the land belongs to the state, how come the Army was looking after it. Since when was the Army acting as a guardian?.

Why is the judicial commission quiet on all the violations of buldings laws ? What about the benami flats? How is it that anybody who touched the file got a flat?

What is the purpose of this commission when a CBI probe is on?

Land Belongs to State, Not Army: Adarsh Panel
PTI | Mumbai | Apr 17, 2012

The Bombay High court (BHC) had rapped ED and CBI for delaying investigations against officers and Adarsh society members allegedly involved in money-laundering. Several accused have since been arrested. The Maharashtra government appointed judicial commission giving a clean chit to same authority, is biased and baseless. It cannot exonerate arrested officers and high profile politicians. Giving credence to interim report of the two member panel will be a travesty of justice. The BHC ,one trusts, will surely pass serious strictures against the Maha govt for twisting facts to mislead the investigations by the CBI and the ED.
