"Well deserved slap"
If tomorrow Gujarat government starts an investigation to find out if the sun rises in the east, the courts would certainly say - "Stop further investigations". The honorable court knows if any investigation is required or not for assertaining some facts.

Whateve rmay be position of the Law and Courts but the fact still remains that Teesta has not coverted to Islam so she is still a Hindu. And Hindus can't dig the graves of the Muslims , Christians or any other person .The  power of digging of graves rests with the Courts. And if Teesta can do this then question will arise  why not others can ??

That is the point Hon Courts should consider too and give their wise guidelines .

[[Well deserved slap on Modi's face.]]

There have been slaps after slaps on the faces of the Islamist and NGO crowd here, the latest being the SIT report (I know the SIT is just an investigating agency and not a court, but how eagerly you were hoping the SIT would hold him guilty?), but that doesn't shame you guys, does it?

The report does not give any reasons cited by the courts declaring it malafide. Did the courts give any reasons?

I read and re-read this article.  I believe I interpreted as the court has agreed with the state government that it will allow the case to go on in its present state.  Because the state argued that Teesta was not accused originally but a FIR was introduced against five or six persons most of them Muslims.  These accused confessed that Teesta was their main instigator.  So based on this confession, Teesta was made an accused.  If the state really had vendeta against Teesta, she would have been made accused in first FIR.  It is amazing Mr. Modi bashers are willing to overlook any sin/crime committed by Teesta.

Unauthorized exhuming of bodies from graves is a crime. Exnuming bodies of people mass-murdered in a pogrom and secretly buried without the knowledge of their families is a justifiable investigation, especially if the authorities that one has to go to in order to get an authorization are the same people who murdered and buried the victims.

Unauthorized exhuming of bodies from graves is a crime.

That is the beginning and the end of the issue.

Exnuming bodies of people mass-murdered in a pogrom and secretly buried without the knowledge of their families is a justifiable investigation, especially if the authorities that one has to go to in order to get an authorization are the same people who murdered and buried the victims.

This is mere hot air. If the exhumation was authorised - no foul. If it wasn't, the motives are irrelevant, and the culprits need to be dealt with as per law. Of course unlike some people, Teesta is entitled to be considered innocent until enough evidence is produced and she is convicted.

According to this article SC is 'asking' Gujarat government to stop investigation. Obviously there is no case before SC. If this is a frivolous case then there are other method to deal with it. If Gujarat's justice system is broken then it is first state's job to fix. If it doesn't work then the central government needs to step and impose president rule. Supreme court is the last stop, not the first.

>> Oh stop whining. You look silly

Another piece of advice. If you want others to be civil to you, it shall help if you stop using terms like "Sanghi", "Shakha graduate", "ill bred moron", "hate filled moron", gutter rat, guttersnipe, stuck pigs, etc.

If you prefer to use them, develop a thick skin. Others can pay you back in the same coin, with compounded interest.

When an unauthorised exhuming is done, without the knowledge of authorities, there is no knowing if the number of bodies before and after exhuming match. Who knows if the exhumation was a cover to actually bury bodies? Anything is possible when the whole exercise was clandestine, and done by a person who is habitually on the wrong side of law, and specialises in fake affidavits, and threatens and bullies witnesses. Have you heard of "planting evidence" ?

Justifying exhuming burried Muslisms that too by Hindu Teesta ??
Neither Sharia nor Talib Laws nor IPC nor any other Law of the World permits .

You and Teesta brigade is always above the Laws of the land ?? Her ultimate place is Sabarmati Jail .
