Those who indulged in Violence have been punished,why should it not be the case in the Anti Sikh riots.

Credit to all those who saw to that the guilty be punished,If it was the Supreme Court intervention which made it happen,the same must be done by Honble Court in Anti Sikh and Kandhmal riots as well.Please.

Justice prevails, but let us not forget that earlier, since the victims of the Ode killings were not content with the investigation carried out by Gujarat police, the case was taken up along with other major cases by the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) before the Supreme Court which formed a special investigation team (SIT) to conduct further probe in the case. We do not know what the outcome would have been without the Supreme Court intervention.

A very few region in Gujarat where the Congress party has such a strong hold as this (Ode, Anand district) region.  This goes to show that at that time (2002), the anger was wide-spread among all as opposed to just BJP supporters.  Case in point, Mrs. Jaffery pointed her 'first' finger towards a Congress MLA as a main culprit (of course, after Teesta got hold of her, her 'first' finger vanished).  If, the news paper reports published during those days are searched, you may find riots supporting statemets from Mr. Modvadia and Mr. Vaghela and other present day critics of Mr. Modi.

 Why are the lives of Sikhs so Cheap in India? I thought Indian History shows that Sikhs sacrificed valiantly for the Nation. Yet the Lives of Sikhs in present day India is so cheap, that no convictions were meted out for the Congress Sponsored Delhi Riots whereby about 3000 Sikhs were murdered by Congress People. 

How about sending judgements of all this to Pakistan embassy in India or to their supreme court so that finally Hindu girls of Pakistan get some justice

Now can we please hang Kasab as widow of Rajiv Gandhi has a quid pro quo, or Pundits can return to kashmir? or Hindu girls of Sindh be protected? anyhting which Sonia madam chooses...
